Sparkman Industries, Inc. (S.I.) is a third generation family owned growing company which is dedicated to delivering high quality services to the petroleum, petrochemical, refining, offshore and other industries. S.I. oversees several other companies that our unique in their industry. These companies are Fabrication, Machining & Repair (FMR), Victoria Well Service (VWS), Victoria Fishing & Rental (VFR) and the Catalyst Cylinder Refurbishing Division. VWS was the first company established in 1957 and then FMR was established in 1976. The Catalyst Cylinder Refurbishing Division was established in 1989 and VFR was established in 2002. Growth has continued with S.I. for over 50 years of business in Victoria, Texas.

Our company capabilities united with our diverse experience allow us to deliver innovative solutions to our customers who may have problems. Our different S.I. companies can even work together in providing turnkey full service towards our customers.
